OSG maintains federal and state vendor and instructor registrations and operationally meets or exceeds federal Rules of Engagement (ROE), Use of Force (UOF) and state agency guidelines including industry standards as set by US Peace Officer Standards of Training (US POST)/ Law Enforcement Training Board (LETB) and Department of Public Services (DPS) regulatory bodies. Such compliances include but are not limited to industry standard instructor/student ratios, safety protocol, program delivery protocol, outlines, and hourly distributions, formatting, and supporting documentation.

Core Capability
OSG’s core capability includes development, implementation and support of high-risk security personnel training specializing in use of force, intermediate force options and protective operations training. Such capabilities include Firearms (small arms instruction (SAI)), Defensive Tactics (Defensive Tactics Instruction (DTI), Prisoner Control Instruction (PCI), Tactical Medical Instruction (TMI), Custom Program Instruction (CPI), and Work for Others (WFO) with the ability to customize programs based on needs analysis.

Protective Operations Training
Prior deliveries to protective operatives such as elements of USAG, USFBI, USMS, USDOE, USDEA and in the private sector place OSG as the forerunner in the community. All programs developed to sustain overseas protective environment, domestic protective environment and uniform division.

Core Personnel
National Training Team (NTT) – A sixty-five (65) member strong mobile training team of de-centralized senior level instructors with extensive Department of Defense, Intelligence and Law Enforcement backgrounds, real-world practical experience and not less than fifteen years serving in a full-time professional instructional capacity. A majority of these individuals hold current clearances.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) panel – A team of twelve (12) individuals comprised of Legal (Bureau Counsel), Program Packaging and Exportation (USFAM/ USMC), Tactical (USDIA, USDOJ), Medical (Dr. Miglietta, Dr. Takahashi, Dr. Cooke) and Psychological (Lt. Programs of Instruction
Needs-assessment-based modular and compartmentalized programs of instruction include standardized training manuals written and edited with legal counsel and applicable SME oversight.

All programs written based upon real world incidents (LE, DoJ, DoD, etc.,) including case studies from documented case law as prepared by legal counsel. External reference documentation includes: related case law publications, trade journals, applicable periodicals, etc.

All programs of instruction are LEO-related, updated and revised publication approximately every six (6) months to keep up with changing legislation, technology, operational protocol, ROE/ UOF updates and case law as well as support pre-existing implementation.

Additionally, all programs of instruction are court defendable as well as tactically, medically and psychologically sound.
