The technical approach of the Operational Skills Group is multi-dimensional. Primarily we are a service oriented company that has approached our clients since 1994 with a proven track record (see service record for more detail) and pre-packaged programs of instruction. However, our core capability is the development and delivery of custom programs specifically built to meet the exact needs of our customers.

All OSG programs of instruction are developed via the ISD (Instructional Systems Design) process – an industry standard program development method utilizing “Needs Analysis” methodology. Additionally all programs must fit exactly within the parameters of US federal CONUS, OCONUS, ROE and state-level UOF (use-of-force) regulations as well as conformity to specific agency requirements. Our subject matter expert panel ensures tactical, legal and medical soundness in all areas of program development.
